There was just something so fascinating about seeing their family history in print. My own family’s albums received plenty of little finger smudges, too. And I STILL get excited when I walk into a home and see actual photo albums out! I’ll flip through them the first chance I get.

But these days, as a San Diego family photographer, here’s what I see all the time:

Families have their sessions, they receive their digital gallery of beautiful new family photos, and they absolutely love them. They hit that “download” button, full of great intentions about creating albums and framing.

But then life gets busy, and the those beautiful family photos sit on their hard drives, waiting. Before they know it, months or even years have gone by.
