As a San Diego lifestyle family photographer who photographs families, maternity, and newborns, I often get the inside scoop on what moms love and recommend.

Recently, I took a survey of lots of moms, asking them where to find the best prenatal massage in San Diego. Below I’ve listed the three names that came highly recommended, so if you’re expecting and need some relief from the physical discomforts of pregnancy, keep reading. ❤️

1. Alyssa Noel at Aglow Skin and Body

Moms can’t stop raving about Alyssa Noel at Aglow Skin and Body. One mom said she’s “absolutely amazing. She specializes in prenatal massage and has people drive pretty far just to see her.” That’s a testament to how incredible she is! One of her Google reviews perfectly sums up the experience: “I always feel like I’m emerging a new person when I finish an appointment with her.”

Alyssa’s prenatal massages start at $70 for 45 minutes, which is a great deal for the quality and care she provides. You can find her in Rancho Bernardo, located inside LoveStrong Wellness.

2. Brooke at AlignSD Wellness

Another top recommendation is Brooke at AlignSD Wellness. The reviews were glowing, with one client sharing, “The massages with Brooke are also a game changer (I tried three prenatal massages with three other providers and none even came close to Brooke’s skill level/ability to address my specific needs).” It’s clear that Brooke has a special touch and really knows how to cater to the unique needs of pregnant women.

Prenatal massages with Brooke start at $119 for 60 minutes. She’s conveniently located in Mission Valley, and you can find more information at AlignSD Wellness.

3. Rebirth Massage

Lastly, we have Rebirth Massage, a woman-owned business located in Mission Valley. A mom who recommended them said, “They are woman-owned, so knowledgeable, huge variety of services perinatal, postpartum and beyond… I highly recommend.”

One review that stood out was, “OMG this was one of the best massages I ever had! I’m in my 8th month of pregnancy and have back pain. I yelped ‘prenatal massage’ and Rebirth was the first place that popped up (with 5 stars) and now I know why… I had Veronica and she was so amazing!!! She worked out all my pain, and I felt sooooooo relaxed.”

Prenatal massages at Rebirth Massage start at $125 for 50 minutes. You can find out more at Rebirth Massage.

Why You Need a Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy is a unique and beautiful time in a woman’s life, but it can come with its fair share of physical discomforts. From back pain to swollen feet, growing a literal human being can be tough on your body. That’s where prenatal massage comes in! These massages are specifically designed to relieve the aches and pains that come with pregnancy, helping you to relax and feel your best.

A good prenatal massage can reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, and improve circulation—all of which are incredibly beneficial for both you and your baby. Plus, what a great way to spend a little “me time.”

So, if you’re feeling the strain of pregnancy, why not treat yourself to a prenatal massage at one of these highly recommended spots in San Diego? Whether you choose Alyssa Noel, Brooke, or Rebirth Massage, you’re in for something special. Trust me, your body (and your baby) will thank you!

Enjoy!
